This is THE MOST amazing spa I have ever been to. I have had so many treatments here…ranging from a simple facial all the way to Sculptra and fillers. Nicole is absolutely amazing. She is conservative but effective with her injections. Lauren, the office manager is super sweet and so helpful. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I have referred many of my own patients here (I am a dentist so I’m a very discerning when it comes to healthcare).

I am a come back customer, today I came for my first time lip filler and I m pleased and surprised by Nicole, she is excellent. I don’t need to worry about anything just showed her some pictures that I downloaded from web- she gave me very professional suggestions. So today I got one syringe of Ultra filler and 40 units Botox for my jawline. She is really really good and she is definitely knowledgeable about what customer’s needs. For

Nicole Penna is an excellent injector! Her Botox treatment was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had.. She was patient with me and explained what she was doing and why and I absolutely love my results. I highly recommend Nicole and Surface Skin Spa at Cosmetic Surgery Associates of Texas. Lauren Gallegos was awesome when it came to checking in and out for my office visit. My treatment cost was very reasonable and very much worth it.

Madi is wonderful! She explained laser hair removal so well and made me feel comfortable. The process is so easy and the treatments are super quick! I intended to just get my bikini lasered but after the five minute procedure I told her it was so easy let’s do underarms too! Nicole is also wonderful! My husband and I love our experience getting Botox with her.
